My computer just locked my timezone to Arizona, and absolutely will not allow me to change it. It's causing havoc on alot of my apps that rely on my clock to function, and manually changing the time only seems to change the clock in the corner not the time that all my apps depend on. I have tried scanning the computer for corrupted files as per a separate post I managed to dig up, but it found nothing to fix. With the clean boot I couldn't figure out what was doing it because it was still grayed out and set to Arizona as soon as it booted.
