I have been charged a subscription fee from Microsoft, i have checked my emails under subscription and although my bank details are saved there are NO active subscriptions and never have been. I have spoken to my bank and they have advised my bank details are linked to a Micorosoft account, I know this because i can see them linked to the one i am active on but like I said it doesnt say any active subscriptions.
