HiI’m struggling to solve this issue I’ve had for a while. I think in amongst me trying to clear up space on my harddrive I may have deleted or even moved a file that has lead to this problem. I’m on windows 10.My start button no longer responds at all. It clicks and reacts to the clicks, but doesn’t open. The search bar on it has the same problem. The same issue goes for my Wi-Fi and sound on the taskbar too. I can access the quick menu kind of bit with the usb, nvidea etc, but that’s about it. I can’t add or take away any programs on my taskbar either, however they do work if I click on the
