I have a laptop running Windows 10. After a few days away, I opened my laptop yesterday and saw that Windows needed to update (it was up to date prior to this latest update). I started the update. The update proceeded for a while, then this message appeared: "Recovery. It looks like Windows didn't load correctly. If you'd like to restart and try again, choose "Restart my PC" below. Otherwise, choose "See advanced repair options..." I chose "Restart my Computer". Restart began, "Welcome...", then ": ( Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart... Stop code: KMODE EXCEPTION NOT
