Email hacked! Like to change email

For about 10 days, I have received multiple daily emails from Microsoft Account Team to provide me with “Your Single Use Code” which I did not request.I know my current email is on the dark web. My solution is to delete my current Microsoft account, and then create a new Microsoft account with a different email. How do I delete my current Microsoft account?Thank you for your help!!!
