Reinstalled Windows 10 on laptop with clean install. Noticed mail icon in taskbar is black instead of blue. Tried to add Gmail account to mail and received error code 0x80070490. Outlook account listed email address so I clicked on it and Gmail account was added. Now I can send email but not receive. Signed into Google and can send and receive there. What's the problem with Gmail account on laptop?
