My DELL XPS 15 9550 laptop was bought in mid of 2016. The specs are as belowProcessor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz, 2601 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s) System Model XPS 15 9550 OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045 Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 32.0 GB (Modified from 16GB)Battery Replaced.The laptop has been crashing recently with a frequency of almost once every 2 days sometimes.
