Getting a Windows popup/message every time I turn on my PC

The message in part reads as follows:C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.549981C3F5F10_4.2204.13303.0_x64_8wekyb3d8...I have no idea why this is happening and would like to know how to get rid of it. Thank you for any assistance.
