I'm locked out of my computer and I have no idea what to do. Whenever I try to startup my computer it just tells me to sign in but when I click on the sign in button it just shows a blank tab labelled Microsoft Account. I've tried to google the problem on my phone but nothing I've tried works. I tried shutting the computer down and starting it again but to no avail. It still just shows a blank Microsoft account tab and I can't sign in.
