There is Some problem with my window Security, I am Getting a series of error messages every time I boot up my system.

The following Screenshots are the issue I get every time I boot up my system.1. Getting Window Script Host Error. Line 31 from "Run.vbs" => objShell.Run2. Getting the message to turn on my windows security center and on clicking it gives an error message that it can't be started3. Then there is the screenshot of my Virus and threat protection management panel. I am unable to turn on any of the settings and as you can see the left panel is also missing
