English Standart keyboard appears sometimes after I deleted it

Hi!I installed Windows 10 Home Single Language on my laptop.In the settings right after installation I added my primary language - Ukrainian. As an additional language I added English.But I did a little mistake, because I added the English Standart keyboard (QWERTZ).After I realized the mistake, I deleted the English ST keyboard and added English US (QWERTY) instead.But now after Windows rebooting or without it, the English ST keyboard sometimes appears again.When I open the English language keyboards list, there is no the English ST keyboard there (but it is still available for selection as a
