Whenever I use any Microsoft product (word, excel, etc.) my pc will usually blue screen within 10 minutes. The screen will say “
Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’re just collecting some error info, and then we’ll restart for you.” The stop code at the bottom of the screen is different every time. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Windows, I have tried updating my drivers, and I have tried replacing the RAM.
