C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.EXE keeps popping up while I’m using my computer constantly and it’s getting frustrating how do I make this stop?

C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.EXE opens up almost every 10-15 minutes on Terminal and I don’t know how to make this stop. I have Terminal disabled on startup as well.
