something is wrong with my Roblox shift setting

Hi Microsoft! So I’ve been recently fine with Roblox on my Microsoft surface windows 10 but suddenly it wouldn’t let me use the shift lock button. I would attach photos but basically in my Roblox game settings I don’t have a “keyboard” movement option which makes games identify my laptops as a mobile device instead (sorry im and explaining hope that makes sense). Even though I keep pressing the shift lock key on my keyboard it still doesn’t seem to work and I have checked every single setting as well.
