Arc Touch mouse dosen't work

I have an Arc Touch mouse with USB, it worked a few weeks ago. A few weeks I didn't used it, now it turns on and my laptop recognizes the USB "chip" but it seems to not connect to the mouse... I tried replacing the batteries but it didn't work. What can I do?
