I'm trying to build an image for some lab computers that will not be able to touch the internet. These systems are for development and can't be exposed to the outside. I was looking at Windows 10 LTSC and was curious if I needed 6 licenses for 30 systems or 30 licenses for 30 systems. I'm seeing both answer and it's confusing. One says you need 1 license for a minimum of 5 systems. Another says it's per device. Am I going about this the wrong way?
