Im not sure what caused this. The windows icon and entire notification center on the taskbar are gone, and nothing happens when I click there. I have tried multiple solutions, such as restarting the Windows Explorer in the task manager, which acted as a temporary solution as it would fix it but it would return to being broken after shutting down. I have also used the 'sfc /scannow' and 'DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth' whilst following a tutorial which didn't help with anything either. Gyazo is a link to a screenshot of my taskbar.
