My Microsoft Account was logged into from someone whos not me and they changed the email. I no longer have access. How can I get it back?

I was an idiot and managed to get malware and trojans installed on my desktop. All my info was leaked, but I managed to get many back including Google, Steam, Spotify, Sony, etc. What I didn't get back was my Microsoft account. I had factory reset my whole PC, and when I tried setting it back up again, I was prompted to sign in to my Microsoft account. I typed in my email. "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one."Whoever hacked me changed the email to something else. This also means I lost access to my Xbox account. I had spent lots of money on that ac
