Hotmail simply stopped receiving mail and, when I try and send new mail, I get a banner saying "there was an error sending your message" but nothing referring to what the problem is or how to address it. I can 'dismiss' the banner but the problem remains.I've done a few cold reboots of the computer. Everything else works, including internet access.I've toggled the vpn off...I've 'reset' the Outlook app, as per general online advice, but still no joy.I haven't knowingly loaded any new programs or updatesIs there a simple fix for this?Do I need to buy a product to fix this?Please advise Thanks
