How Do I Fix error 0x8007139f when uninstalling apps with a parental control?

I have a parent that monitors my account, and when I uninstall apps, I need to type in their pin, but now when I type it in it says error 0x8007139f. I have fully updated everything and restarted my computer. Recently my computer broke down and all the hardware was replaced but the software stayed the same. this is when it started telling me i couldnt uninsall apps. How do I fix this?
