Does ASUS have windows installation problems?

I have bought a new ASUS X543U. I have problems activating Windows, although the license is supposed to be preinstalled on the device. I read that I need to find the COA on a sticker but that's nowhere to be seen. Furthermore, I checked the cards inside the box and there aren't any 25 alphanumeric codes. What can I do?
