Windows 10 Activation

Hello, I am unable to activate my windows 10 via phone. I recently swapped out the motherboard.Windows activation, the last 5 digits match my product key I have. Error code 0xC004C008. I have only installed windows on this PC.I have ran into this problem a long time ago and was able to get it activated by talking to a human at Microsoft.Thanks!'Andrew.
