If too much of a color is on the screen my screen will "freak out"

What i mean by "freak out"most of screen will start flashing white or blacktop of screen will desync from the main flashing and display what should be displayed between flashesI have triedWindows key + CTRL + SHIFT + VChecking Video card (Nvidia GTX 1650) driversChecking Monitor driversHappens usually when Lots of one color is on the screenhigh heat inside the systemMy specifications are (laptop) GPU: Nvidia GTX 1650 CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10300H CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz 64-bit RAM: 8Gb Monitor: Unknown HD monitor Any help will be greatly appreciated!
