Error codes trying to open videos in D drive (0xc00d36c4) (0xc10100bf)

As the title says. whenever I open a video located in my D drive, I get an error code. I recorded gameplay using "GeForce Experience" and got "0xc00d36c4", when I attempted to open it in Movies & TV. I then downloaded a YouTube video online in the same folder, and got "0xc10100bf" error as well. I also tried opening them both in Media Player. and got error "0xC00D36C4". Solutions?
