Did Valorant cause my Kernel Mode Heap Corruption BSOD or is this because of faulty hardware?

Build: Part List - AMD Ryzen 5 7600, Radeon RX 6800 XT, Fractal Design Meshify 2 Compact TG Light Tint ATX Mid Tower - PCPartPicker Minidump Folder: Minidump My PC crashed just now with a Kernel Mode Heap Corruption BSOD. I ran sfc /scannow and there were some corrupt files, so I'm hoping it's related to that since it hasn't happened again after another 4 hours, albeit not in the same game; could it be caused by corrupt files, faulty hardware, or something else? I was benchmarking Valorant for like 3 hours, so I had Fraps, Valorant, and Frafs Bench Viewer open in the background as well as Process Lasso, ISLC, FanControl,
