I have struggled with this problem for several months now with no fix in sight, after weeks with Microsoft Support doing new installs of my windows every few days, I still am unable to use the Windows Update Service, The Microsoft Store, The Xbox App, you name it, if its Microsoft, it doesn't work, all issues come back as varying problems. The Update service says "We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet.", The Microsoft Store says "Something happened on our end" and the Xbox app
