So my screen on my laptop started flickering. It happens when some windows are expanded, and then changes behavior if I put it into a smaller window. I thought the driver maybe needed to be updated. So, I looked up how to do that. It said I needed to be in safe mode, then remove the driver, then reinstall the driver.So, I de-encrypted my drive from the settings menu. Then, I used msconfig to go into safe mode with network access.Now, I can't login because I didn't set up an administrator account.
