few weeks ago I have noticed that i can't seem to open files downloaded from the internet. These files include (PDF, Word.doc, images of different format jpg, pnp etc.).1. No error message, just nothing happens.2. Preview works3. Not just newly downloaded files but also very old files downloaded (e.g. school pics from years ago on a USB stick).4. Tested from Downloaded folder, Desktop, another location in C\ drive, I also have a second D\ drive, USB stick5. .EXE files work seem to execute 6. restore system to previous version worked for 1-2 weeks but now that version is no longer available.7.
