When I attempt to use File Explorer it partially works. I am able to click on files and perform functions normally on the right side of the screen. I can also expand folders on the left side by clicking the small arrow. What doesn't work is if I right click any of the folders on the left side of the screen; instead of a list of options, the program will seize up and close. After searching a bit online, I found that I could get some info on what was going on with the Event Viewer, by searching out what error occurred that closed the File Explorer.
