Hello i hope someone can help me. I have windows 10 and trying to do a System Restore. First attempt, it was stock on "initializing phase" for 3 hours (normal mode). So i then did second attempt on Safe Mode this time but still it got stuck on "initializing phase" for 2 hours. My question is do i UNDO my first attempt on Safe Mode before making my second attempt? I'm trying to do System Restore because i'm having problems installing an application, keeps getting Error Code 0xc000007b The application was unable to start correctly... Here's what i did so far with application installation
