Hello,I have an issue where Windows Update fails to retrieve the latest updates available. I am getting the following message: "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes."After some searching on here and with Bing AI, I found that USOClient.exe, which is located in system32, might not be working as intended. If I use PowerShell and the command PS C:\WINDOWS\system32> UsoClient StartScan I am getting the following error
