Hello, when I opened my laptop it shut off abruptly I checked it and I am currently logged in with my local account, which caused all the data, programs, and other items that were previously on it to be lost. These things are all stored in my Microsoft account. Because the data were missing, it now felt as though my laptop had been reset and was completely new. As I can't seem to remember my email, username, account number, or password, I can't seem to log in or sign up for my Microsoft account. I am so anxious for everything to return to normal.
