Close print window and start windows logo and search bar don't work. Does anyone have the answer?

Hello. My problem is this, from one day to the next the Windows start icon and the search bar cannot be used, as well as for example Outlook this on one computer and on another computer I have the problem that when I want to print a . JPG and using the shortcut ctrl+p opens the printer window but after a second it closes, only with this type of file, and when sending to print without the shortcut it prints well. Does anyone have the solution to these two errors?
