netframework 4.0.0 error

guys i have this error on my one of the apps how can i fix this issu without reinstalling the windows 2023-04-12 14:09:18.4116|INFO|RadarGame.UI.Tools.RadarLogger|Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' or one of its dependencies.
