Hi,I bought a laptop two months ago. Yesterday when I was watching a video on YouTube, the touchpad suddenly stopped working. I restarted my laptop and I got an endless loading issue. I updated the bios via flash drive and the laptop started up. However, the touchpad does not work still. The mouse is working.I've tried:- reinstall windows- update/reinstall drivers- check the touchpad enable button on the keyboard-download and install the latest Asus ATK package and Smart Gesture drivers.Also, I do not have a touchpad in devices and there is no "Internal pointing device" line in the BIOS in Adv
