My PC blue screened again after updating Windows and now I don't have the option to reset it. What can I do?

Windows 10; Lenovo V15-IGL; Intel Core i7 11th gen; Boot C: drive 256 G; D: drive 1 TBSo my PC blue screened after updating to Windows a week ago but I was able to get it to work after a few hours when I factory reset it keeping files. Now, after using it again and downloading the BIOS and CPU updates that had been deleted I restarted it, and again I get the BSOD, except it doesn’t even give me an option to reset it. The only things that I can do that don’t immediately fail are accessing the UEFI BIOS and using the command prompt. In respect to the BIOS I’ve tried turning off Safe Boot but th
