Can I assign some applications on Windows to use different network adaptors?

Hi support,I have two network adaptors in my PC. Both of them show as ethernet connections in my network devices. (The one connection is a physical Network cable and the other one is a mobile internet service (LTE/4G connection))At this stage my connection using my network cable is my default network connection to the internet which is fine but I would like to use the other ehternet connection (the mobile LTE/4G connection) only for three applications on my PC. Is there an app which can do this or is there some registry entires where I can change this only for certain apps to use the LTE conne
