Bought a Surface 4 laptop, everything worked fine with stock Windows 10 installed. Then the WIndows Updates began. As soon as it got to WIndows 10 version 20H2 the BSODs started. I wiped the laptop and started again but somehow let Windows force an update on me and now I'm 1 day outside of my warranty period. The warranty was useless anyway as they just tested it on a new Windows 10 install, from pre-20H2 and sent it back to me, twice. I was promised a new laptop by a MS support guy, but he didn't tell the testing team in Germany, so they just sent the same laptop back.How do I go from WIndows
