Sir I have unknowingly changed the boot options in BIOS to Setup defaults and now on booting the PC it is showing boot device not found please help me

1. Everything is working fine.2. After Selecting the option setup defaults from Boot options in BIOS. The PC restarts automatically.3. Now it is showing Boot Device not Found. Please install an Operating System on your hard disk.Hard Disk (3F0).Kindly suggest some measures to restore the previous settings.
