Stays suck on both preparing automatic repair and spinning dots on black screen

Just as the question says, it first stays stuck on automatic repair with spinning dots on a black screen , than does a quick restart on its own, than gets stuck on the same black screen with spinning dots but without the words " preparing automatic repair”(It doesn’t give me the option to go into advance, troubleshot, restart, or safemode)I’ve tried turning the pc off more than 3 timeI’ve pressed all the fs (f1,f2, f3 .etc. on start upI’ve removed all usb cords connectedAnd still noting
