Cloned SSD, now Defender Antivirus cannot be enabled (button grayed out)

I'll start by saying I'm a retired IT guy, with decades of piecing together machines, supporting businesses, and doggedly sleuthing out solutions. I'm not in love with it, but I'm not stupid.I cloned my small SSD boot drive onto a larger one and made the new one (using Macrium...).ALMOST everything (finally) works, after some gymnastics I don't exactly.Defender firewall is running strong, but Definder Antivirus refuses to be enabled.I've gone the group policy route, no dice.I've tried loading Defender, but it says it can't, talk to my IT administrator (it's a home machine on a non-business Mic
