Abit of context, I had had a similar issue when I tried to use BIOS where I was just met with a constant black screen. It’s not an issue as I could still manual turn of the laptop and use it normally after restart . But this was not the case after downgrading. I was met with a black screen which after so many manual resets, Holding the power button for more then 30 sec, checking my ports on an external monitor but still nothing.
