I have been having an issue where I cannot open certain programs because of this error. I have tried multiple fixes and simply none work. It wasn't an issue to me until I couldn't download a game because of it so now I tried fully resetting my pc for a fresh installation. The issue is I simply can't. It says I need a password for my user which was made over 3 years ago that I don't know and it is required to reset my pc. I only use a PIN to sign in and have never needed a password.
