Why can't i launch fortnite

i just got a pc the blaze 3.0 and downloaded fortnite and everytime i launch it i get this error message(A D3D11-compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0) is required to run the engine) i've updated pc and graphics card and download dx and vc 64 and 86 the arm 64 failed to setup but i was told thats ok as long as i have vc 64 and 86 i dont know what else to do besides send this thing back
