Windows firewall isn't activating and getting too much problem error in reliability report

I'm m having network issue where firewall isn't turning on showing update firewall but also not updating without network, with a error message. And further report details I'm attaching with it. And when I try to reach out problem then I see archive messages from windows where I can see error messages from the date when I was unable to use Internet.
