I have two computers with two different keyboards that have the exact same problem: once in a while Windows will filter keys to permanently have them on keylock mode for no reason. I see this problem and everyone that does not have this problem say to clean your keys, change keyboards, push Win + x, select troubleshoot, keyboard, or turn off filter keys, blah blah blah. Windows has a bug. The only way I can temporarily fix it is restarting my computer. I have lost work because of this.
