ethernet connected routes are getting deleted (L460: windows 10 version 1709 X64) how to fix!

Connected ethernet ports routes are getting deleted from the device after some time (approximately 5 mins) L460: windows 10 version 1709 X64 : KB450641 L460: windows 10 version 1709 X64 : KB4489907is this a known issue, if so in which version was it fixed.
