Verify hotmail account fails

Last windows update changed the log in email to a hotmail extension instead of the sbcglobal that we always use. I went through the verification process and submitted the verify account with any passwords and subject lines.It was rejected. I have no other screen options available.How do I get an actual person to give me a temporary password so I can change the log in name back to the correct one?I have ZERO access to my computer at this time.
