How can i fix ntoskrnl.exe error code 0007

I have a prebuilt gaming computer that is less than 2 months old and now will not load windows. It keeps trying to repair itself but ultimately fails. I am getting a ntoskrnl.exe is missing or corrupt error. I have tried everything. Even All my restore points and everything gone. I don’t know what else to do. Anyone know how to fix this?
