For about 10 days now my PC has been stuttering even when I just move the pointer with my mouse. The sound isn't stuttering but the movement of the graphics is. I first noticed it when I installed a game called EVE Online and assumed it was something to do with that but I've just been trying to play The Sims 4 and it's doing the same thing. I never used to have this problem with EVE and The Sims so something else must be going on.My PC is running Windows 10 and it's about 3 years old. The basic specs are:Intel Core i9-10920X CPUnVidia GeForce RTX 2070 Super GPU64 GB RAM2 TB SSD (for OS)4 TB HD
